Privacy Policy

Effective: May 2026 · Chainproven (a Laurt product)

1. Data We Collect

When you use the Chainproven API or request a demo, we collect: contact information you provide (name, email, company), API usage metadata (request timestamps, jurisdiction codes, verdict outcomes), and standard server logs (IP address, user agent). We do not collect wallet private keys or transaction signing data.

2. How We Use Data

API usage data is used to generate compliance verdicts, produce EAS attestation records, and improve our regulatory data corpus. Contact information is used to respond to demo requests and product updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Compliance check logs are retained for 90 days by default (Enterprise customers may configure extended retention for audit purposes). Demo request data is retained until you request deletion.

4. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR including data portability.

5. Compliance Disclaimer

Chainproven provides machine-readable compliance signals. These signals are not legal advice and do not constitute a legal opinion. Engage licensed counsel for regulatory decisions.

6. Contact

Privacy inquiries: [email protected]. This policy will be updated as the product evolves — material changes will be communicated to registered API users.
