1. Acceptance

By accessing the Chainproven API or website, you agree to these terms. If you are accessing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. API License

Chainproven grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API in accordance with your subscription tier. API keys are non-transferable and must not be shared publicly.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the API to: circumvent sanctions or legal restrictions, facilitate money laundering or fraud, reverse-engineer our regulatory data corpus, or resell API access without a written reseller agreement.

4. No Legal Advice

Chainproven provides machine-readable compliance signals. Verdicts returned by the API are not legal advice and do not constitute a legal opinion from licensed counsel. You remain solely responsible for your regulatory compliance decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainproven's total liability for any claim arising from use of the API shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for regulatory penalties, fines, or legal costs arising from your compliance decisions.
